Trillium pusillum

Trillium, Dwarf Wake-Robin

Trillium pusillum

Zones 2-5

Petals of the blooms are at first white, then change to pink or purple and can reach an inch or more in length. Leaves are small, usually less than three inches. Mature plants seldom reach over six to eight inches in height. Mature rhizomes are therefore small.

Please note that these blooming size plants come from many sources. Most come from wholesalers with CITES certificates granting permission to dig in specific areas, a few are from division. These are about the only ways one can purchase blooming size Trilliums at reasonable rates until tissue culture comes of age.
